Terms of sale

This store is run by Lukas Labs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Fund My Rescue ("we", "us"), to raise money for Happy Tails Rescue (demo). Products are made and shipped by BarkArt Company, a Lukas Labs brand, with our print partner. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

How your purchase helps

• At least 60% of the profit from every sale goes to Happy Tails Rescue (demo). Profit is the price you pay (before sales tax) minus the card processing fee, the cost of printing and shipping your item, and the cost of creating its artwork.
• Purchases are not tax-deductible donations. You're buying a product from Lukas Labs LLC; we pay Happy Tails Rescue (demo) its share. To give a tax-deductible gift, donate to Happy Tails Rescue (demo) directly.
• Happy Tails Rescue (demo) is an independent organization. It doesn't make, sell or ship the products, and it isn't responsible for orders.

Personalized products and AI artwork

• Only upload photos you took or have permission to use. You keep the rights to your photos; you let us use them to create, show you and print your order.
• We use AI to turn your photo into artwork. You see a preview before you buy, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Printed colors can differ slightly from your screen.
• We never post your pet's art or photos publicly unless you say we may.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is charged at what our print partner charges us and is shown before you pay. Sales tax is added where required.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product can't be made or a price was clearly wrong.

Returns and refunds

Every item is made just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free (or refund it if we can't). The full details are in our refund policy.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link or your Google or Microsoft account. Keep access to your email account private; anyone who can read it can sign in.

Our responsibility

We stand behind our products as described above. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If you have a problem, please contact us first: most issues are solved quickly. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be decided in the state or federal courts in Arizona, or in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
